Thinly slice you flank steak. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Thinly slice the carrots. And prep any other veggies you want to add
In your wok, heat the sesame oil. Add the beef and cook until browned (about 5 minutes)
Add in the veggies and cook until soft (3-5 minutes)
In the meantime, cook your rice or rice noodles and mix the sauce (everything except the starch and 1/3C Water). In a different bowl mix the starch and water
When the veggies are soft, add in the sauce and simmer for 3-5minutes. Then add the starch mixture. Remove from heat after the sauce reaches desired thickness
Stir in the noodles or add over rice
