GLUTEN-FREE SUBSTITUTIONS: For those of you who need it, I always like to talk about substitutions to make this meal gluten-free. There are only a few concerns about this one. First, you have to look for a gluten-free cream of mushroom soup. Pacific Foods is the one I usually use. Second are the tater tots. If they have been breaded, that is no bueno.
