In your crock pot add the cream cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, artichoke hearts, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and mix it all together
Add in the spinach, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan and give it a gentle toss
Heat on low for 2-3 hours until spinach is wilted and everything is melted together
Dip with chips, bread, veggies, or anything else you like!!
