Add the bacon to to a baking sheet and coat with brown sugar
Turn on your smoker, preheat to 225 degrees and then smoke the bacon for 1 hour
For the Brownies
Preheat your smoker (or oven) to 400 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Next add the eggs, oil, and water and mix until combined
Pour half of the mixture into a cast iron pan (or baking dish if cooking in oven). Drizzle with caramel. Pour the second half of the batter and drizzle a little more caramel
Chop up the bacon and sprinkle over the top of the brownie batter
Smoke (or bake) the brownies for roughly 1 hour, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
