Ingredients

pint
cherry tomatoes
4
cloves
of garlic
minced
1-2
Tbsp.
olive oil
1
Tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
½
tsp.
red pepper flakes
optional

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Wash, dry, and slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
Mince the garlic and add both to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle on the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt, pepper, and the optional red pepper flakes.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until blistering.
Remove and serve them however you please!
