Dice the chicken, mince the garlic, halve the tomatoes, slice the mushrooms
If homemaking, add the pesto ingredients to a food processor until smooth
Boil your pasta in lightly salted water until al dente
Add 1 T oil in the pan, toss in the chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until fully cooked through, then remove
Add 1T oil and add the mushrooms. After 2 minutes add the tomatoes and cook for 3 more. In goes the garlic and cook until fragrant
Pour in the wine and reduce for 3 minutes. Add back the chicken and mix the melted butter and milk, then add.
Stir in the pesto and warm. Add the parmesan cheese and toss in the pasta
Serve with more parmesan
