Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the head of broccoli into small broccoli florets. (Tip: The smaller they are, the more tender they will be!)
Add them to a bowl and drizzle in oil, and then add spices to taste. (My measurements are a rough estimate.)
Give the broccoli a good toss and then spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until desired. I prefer mine to be a little charred/crispy.
Pair with your main dish or add to pastas, stir-fries, etc.
