Mince the garlic and chop the shallot
In the pan, add the ground beef and season to taste with salt and pepper
Cook through and remove the grease. Add the butter, garlic, and shallot and cook until fragrant (1 min).
Add the tomatoes, paste, Worcestershire, and taco seasoning. Stir and cook for 2 minutes
Add the broth and whole milk and bring to a simmer, add the pasta, cover and simmer until cooked to al dente.
Add the shredded cheese, stir until melted and then plate
Top with any desired toppings (sour cream, avocado, etc.)
