Place pork chops on cutting board, cover with plastic wrap, and tenderize on both sides
Season the pork with the salt, pepper and garlic and heat the oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Pre heat the oven to low broil
Once the oil is hot, add the pork and sear on both sides until nice and golden (4-5mins per side). Once done, transfer to a plate and set aside
Reduce the heat to medium , melt the butter and add in the garlic cooking until fragrant (30 seconds)
Add the honey and water and increase the heat back to medium high. Continue to cook until the sauce has reduced by about half (3 minutes)
Add the pork back to the pan and baste it generously with the sauce. Broil on low for 3-4 minutes or until the edges are nice and crispy
Serve with any veggie and starch of your choice! (we did honey asparagus and mashed potatoes)! Enjoy!
