For prep, mince the garlic, finely chop the onion, and separate the green onion into two parts (dark green and the white/light green). Finely slice the white ish portion of the green onion.
In your high-rimmed pan, add the sesame oil and heat on medium.
Add the onion, garlic, and green onion to the pan and cook for a few minutes
While that cooks, dice your chicken breasts into small pieces and start the rice.
Add the chicken to the pan along with the salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika
Give it all a good mix and then cook the chicken.
Once cooked through, add the cooked rice and the peas. Then pour in the soy sauce and honey.
Give everything a good mix and heat for a minute or two.
Stir in the sesame seeds and the green portion of the green onion.
