Ingredients

  • Raspberries
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Rosemary
  • Other Options
  • Cranberries Strawberries, Mint
  • For the liquid:
  • Equal parts cranberry juice and water
  • 1 Tbsp. Simple syrup
  • Champagne

Instructions

  • Grab an ice cube tray, add in some raspberries, pomegranate seeds (or other festive berries)
  • Cut some rosemary or mint and add a few pieces in to give it a "wreath" feel.
  • In a cup, mix equal parts cranberry juice and water. Then stir in the simple syrup (feel free to add more if needed).
  • Pour into the ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
  • Add to a glass and pour in your favorite champagne
  • Serve and enjoy!
