Grilled Dry Rub Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Trimmed Chicken Wings
  • 3/4 T Paprika
  • 3/4 T Onion Powder
  • 3/4 T Chipotle Chili Powder
  • 3/4 T Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 T Salt
  • 1/2 T Cumin
  • 1/2 T Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/2 T Chili Powder
  • 3/4 t Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 t Cayenne Pepper
  • 3/4 t Dried Thyme
  • 3/4 t Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 t Jalapeno Powder
  • 1 T Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Pre-heat grill to 325 degrees
  • Rinse and dry the chicken wings and add to large mixing bowl
  • Add the oil and toss to evenly coat the wings
  • Add all of the spices to a bowl and mix together well
  • Toss the wings with half of the spice mix at at time until they are evenly coated
  • Lay the wings on the grill and flip after roughly 8 minutes or until slightly charred on one side
  • After another 8 minutes toss the wings in a pile and slightly turn up the heat
  • Continue to toss frequently until charred to personal liking
  • Remove and enjoy!!
