Cut the chicken into 1” pieces and add them to a mixing bowl.
Add in the flour, salt, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, and pepper.
Toss the chicken with the dry ingredients until it is well coated on all sides.
In a pan, add 1 Tbsp. oil and 1 Tbsp. Butter.
Once melted and hot, add the seasoned chicken. (Make sure they aren’t clumped together but are lying flat and apart.)
Cook for 3-ish minutes and flip. They should have a golden brown sear.
As they near completion, slightly remove the heat and add the remaining butter and the minced garlic.
Toss it all together and eat!
