In salted water, boil your pasta until Al Dente
In a pan, heat the oil and cook the onion, garlic and sausage. (5-7 minutes)
Once cooked through, add the tomatoes, oregano, basil, and salt. Bring to a simmer
Add the heavy cream, pepper and red pepper flakes. Return to simmer and then cook for 5 minutes
Reduce the heat. Add the cooked pasta, toss. Add the spinach and let it wilt. Remove heat completely and add the parmesan cheese.
