In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, Mayo, ranch, and garlic powder.
Use a hand mixer to mix it together.
Using a spoon or spatula, fold in the most of the cheese, bacon, and green onion.
Add the dip into whatever bowl you want to serve it in and place in the fridge for 10 minutes (or more) to re-solidify.
When ready to eat, top with more shredded cheese, bacon, and green onion!
