Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Simple is the key with this one. It’s cooked in less than 15 minutes and can be paired with seafood, chicken, or you can eat it all by itself. Let’s dive in to why this pasta is so darn good!

Pasta is the best. It’s usually simple to make, always fills you up, brings people together, and makes for the best leftovers. The reason this Garlic Parmesan Pasta works so well is because it is very versatile. When I make it, I pair with my Herb Crust Chicken for an absolutely delicious flavor combination. Here’s a few other ideas of what this would pair well with.

For some of the protein:

  • Shrimp – Grilled or Pan-seared would both be great options. If you pan sear, season with some salt and pepper and then heat up some butter for a quick sear on both sides. With the grill, rub a little oil on and then coat with your favorite seasoning!
  • Scallops – Same as above, scallops would be the perfect addition and would only require a little dusting of salt and pepper. Be sure to get the pan nice and hot for the perfect sear without overcooking.
  • Breaded Chicken – If the herb crusted chicken recipe doesn’t get you excited enough, go with some easy breaded chicken for a delicious combo. Bread crumbs, seasoning salt, grated parmesan should do this trick. Make sure to pound the chicken nice and thin, dip in some whisked egg, then coat in the breading. Fry in a little oil till golden brown and cooked through!

As a reminder this meal can easily be made Gluten Free! Almost every recipe on my website I make gluten free for my wife. With this one, the only concern on the ingredients list is the pasta. For this one I use Ronzoni’s Gluten Free Thin Spaghetti and everyone I cook for can’t taste the difference!
