Cider cocktails aren’t just for the fall, they are great all year long. This cocktail has only 4 ingredients, it is so quick and easy to make, and has a crisp delicious flavor!
Who here is a fan of bourbon? I normally drink it neat or with a rock, but lately I have been starting to use it in cocktails other than manhattans and old fashioneds. I have to say it has been fun and delicious experimenting!
This one is so darn easy to make, but pulls in a few of my favorite ingredients – Ginger and Lemon. Both of those pair so well with bourbon and always draw out characteristics you don’t usually taste when you sip it neat.
Hope you have a chance to make this one and please let me know what you think when you give it a try!
Enjoy!
